“This guy ships packages using all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and even USPS). He has always been helpful and his pick up time by each carrier is later than most places (which means you have a greater chance of your after 5p.m. package will go out that same day with the selected courier over most other places would.I would say if I had a package that I needed shipping, he would be the guy I would drop it off to if I can't make it directly to FedEx, DHL or UPS.”

Hands-down it’s the people in the shop that make a difference. I had such a great experience here he is now my go to for my shipping and packing. It truly makes a difference when you find yourself in the shop, having to do some thing, categorized more like a task, and somebody makes it a very enjoyable day, and we inspire with life stories, as well as the business at hand— shipping. “The employees of this UPS store are the most professional. They always work with the customer to ensure their shipping needs are met. I had the occasion to stop in this morning. Another customer, an older US Navy veteran, was having difficulty with an Amazon label. I had the pleasure to witness the two wonderful employees assist the man, by taking pictures of his shipping label and then offering to print it out for him. That’s called good business practice and should be commended. I will continue to bring my business to this location based on the superior customer service.”

“In all the chaos the Coronavirus has created, the Pompton Plains Postal worker who attempted to answer my phone questions patiently tried to help me despite a long line at the counter. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.”
