“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”
“My son and visited the Verizon store to create a new account for him so that he could transfer his line to it. But Omar the salesperson advised us that it would cost us more, so we didn’t do it. He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.
In all, we were very satisfied with the experience.”

“Stopped in to ask about current Verizon trade in terms. Actual offer on iphone7+ was better than I expected. Backed up my phones at home and brought them back. Dropped off old phones for transfer. Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”
“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. “I found 1SC through Angie's List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for. The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. Born in Nepal, near Mount Everest, Sherpa has became a good friend of mine and he speaks pretty good English for moving to New Jersey recently. Sherpa puts a smile on my face and makes my day every time I visit him and go to this local 7-Eleven franchise.
