“I can’t say enough good things about Nic (the owner) and his incredible team at this UPS Store! They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. Nic went above and beyond and delivered the package himself. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. This kind of service is rare, and I’m so grateful. I’ve always found this Store’s staff extremely helpful and responsive, providing tips on safer packaging and delivery options. My latest visit was yesterday, and the package I sent arrived at its destination on time and in perfect shape.”

“Nice lady at the front name Constance (Connie) is very polite and patient. She’s very knowledgeable about retail and is the passport agent there. She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything. Customers come in are very disrespectful to the staff I have never seen her loose herself dealing with the public can be very challenging.”
