I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but this morning a gent with long hair and a beard took care of a return of a big, heavy box for me. I was prepared but hadn't attached the label, so it could more easily be scanned. He printed my receipt and sent me on my way in less than a minute. Wouldn't let me affix the label or move the box for him or anything. A+ for kindness and service.”

“It might seem silly to be passionate about a shipping store, but here I am. I’d be so sad if they closed. They ship with any company you want, so no need to go to a specific brand’s store. The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. “Love the convenience and flexibility of getting done of urgent works. This place is a perfect compared to bigger places like Staples, you will get a lot more from here. You will not need to do any upload and wait for days to get some complicated works done such as mounted foam board printing. In a traditional way, you can call, walk in, and communicate face to face, and then get your prints the same day or closer ETA. The quality is beyond great the moment I saw the machine in store. Also, presently, almost no one uses or keeps up to date versions of Adobe or like staples, who didn't support CD to print operations all.
