“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”
“My son and visited the Verizon store to create a new account for him so that he could transfer his line to it. But Omar the salesperson advised us that it would cost us more, so we didn’t do it. He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.
In all, we were very satisfied with the experience.”

“I went to AT&T yesterday trying to get a SIM card for LTE for a camera I bought. Luai and his associate did a great job educating me on the process and answering all my questions. They informed me since I'm on my family's plan I would save a lot more than starting a separate plan which I appreciated. They helped me get everything set up with the camera before I left. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back. Thank you!”

“Stopped in to ask about current Verizon trade in terms. Actual offer on iphone7+ was better than I expected. Backed up my phones at home and brought them back. Dropped off old phones for transfer. Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”

To my luck, this business' screen repair services was readily available and was able to get my phone repaired quickly and at a great price. They offer aftermarket and genuine screens which I was very happy about. I didn't catch his name, but he was amazing and super nice! He returned my call as soon as he got to the store this morning and was super understanding. I greatly appreciate his service and will be recommending him to anyone that needs phone repairs!”
