“I went to Optimum yesterday, and honestly, my wife and I were very happy with the service. The representative assisted Renzo us for three hours; he was very friendly and answered all our questions. Best of all, he helped us get a great deal. We were very pleased he is an excellent employee, Plus he speaks Spanish, which made things much easier for us”
