“The employees name is Trey. I had to go to the bathroom and he informed me there are no public bathrooms and he walked me physically down the plaza to a bathroom when I came back. I purchased things at the store and he couldn’t be more gracious and kind with an employee like that that’s all you need is him triple his salary. !!!!!!!!!”

“Our dollar General is great. They offer many discounted food items as well as over the counter drugs and other household items. We go there almost every day to get milk/dairy and snacks. They also offer 5 dollar discounts on your purchases refundable on Saturdays.”

“I go to both Dollar Tree and Dollar General. I can't figure out for the life of me why there are two dollar stores within such a close proximity in Jackson but I digress. Dollar Tree has cheaper prices for certain items such as greeting/holiday/birthday cards. They also have a lot more items in the arts and crafts department alongside Dollar Tree carrying some different items altogether. All the employees that I have encountered are very friendly and helpful.”

“manager Sandra and stocker Tyson are amazing in this store. they are so helpful and kind. this used to be one of the worst dollar trees in manchester, i have been coming in here for years and had terrible customer service, attitudes, everyone in the office sitting around talking while theres one cashier on the floor. now i come in and im greeted at the door by tyson with a great big smile, he helps everyone with their bags and sandra is running around helping customers and helping the cashiers all with smiles and i watched her opening her boxes and putting so much stuff out on the floor. i went in on monday and felt so happy with the service, absolutely amazing. not to mention all the great upgraded stuff. i am so happy with this dollar tree now. im hoping with this post they get recognition or a raise or something. keep up the good work you two.”

Then I bought all of my items up to the cashier. Her name was Jewell she was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in that store. She even gave me a five dollar coupon to use for my purchases way to go. You should double her salary she makes me want to come in again.”

Today I went to get several things and needed a cart. There were none outside, or inside . I settled for a few things a put them in the small basket. I am 75 years old and mentioned it the the blonde lady who checked me out. I told her the were no carts out side and it was pouring rain and I could no go looking for one because I was afraid of falling. “100% better shopping experience at this store, than I didn't even get to have at the Freehold store! All thanks to all the welcoming employees at this store. Wish I could say the same for the freehold store but heck "NO" sadly all due to one very rude mistreating customers employee! He probably should not be working in the retail industry at all because he clearly doesn't know how to provide customer service by properly communicating & interacting with guests to build an inclusive guest experience, adapt to different customer interactions and situations, promoting & selling products and/or services. Nevertheless, thank you to all the lovely employees at the Howell dollar tree for welcoming me in with open arms and providing such great customer service. I surely had a much better experience here at this store than the freehold!! I got my greeting cards even more than orginally was looking for along with some other get finds here at this dollar tree. Ownership if your reading this you may want to evaluate your hiring manager at the freehold store because he/she is letting bad candidates slip through the cracks and hiring them. Also, a. apology would be appropriate and very well treated but I won't count on it, see ya all again soon at the Howell dollar tree your the best!”

I need to acknowledge Rebecca in particular for really going out of her way to greet my daughter and I each time we shop. Rebecca is so friendly and has been super sweet to my daughter.
