“Went for a toddlers first passport with picture. They require you arrive 10-15 minutes early which I did, but got served 15 minutes late. Costumer service is kind and considerate, but for appointments for passport, expect delays.”
“I've been using this post office for several years and have always had a great experience. The employees inside are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. They take the time to answer questions, assist with shipping and package drop-offs, and genuinely make you feel welcome rather than rushing you out the door.
Many of the negative reviews seem to be about mail delivery, but the staff working at this location have always been excellent in my experience. One of the better post offices I've dealt with, and I highly recommend it.”
“The man working the middle counter today was very helpful with sending my package out. He was quite humorous as well. I heard the other worker, a woman, helping some other patrons and she sounded helpful and kind as well. I was very satisfied with my service today. Unfortunately, the office seems understaffed. The two employees at the counter were diligently at work, yet the line never seemed to end. Perhaps another body can help with efficiency. Overall it was not a bad experience like trips to USPS can sometimes be!”

You walk in thinking it’s a quick in-and-out, and suddenly you’re part of a whole tzibbur waiting situation. There’s always that one line that looks short but somehow takes longer than a full seder. You start off calm, and five minutes later you’re already checking how many people are ahead like it’s a cheshbon.
That said, once you get to the counter, things usually move along fine. The staff gets the job done — not rushing, not panicking — just steady. If you come prepared (package taped, label ready), you save yourself a whole extra sugya.
The self-service machines are a nice matanah when they’re working. When they are, you feel like you beat the system. When they’re not… you’re back in the oilam.
Pro tip: Come off-hours if you can. Otherwise, bring a little savlanus and maybe something to keep you occupied.

Not the fastest stop in town, but reliable. You’ll get your package sent — just don’t plan it like a two-minute errand.”
