Quickly assessed the work and gave me a rough quote when I asked for. it. Completed the work while I was there in about 15 minutes and the final charge was less than the quote. Looked at a few bikes and again service was topnotch. Will go back and buy from them if.I decide to go through with the purchase. Just a terrific place.”

“okay i love this place! the manasquan location is just as amazing, but two levels ✨ i have never had a bad experience with any of the employees, until yesterday though:( i’m still giving five stars because one bad experience isn’t worth giving less, but i’m hoping the owner can maybe talk to this girl! my friend and i went to try on clothes in the dressing room, with no problem, there was nobody else in the store when we went in the dressing rooms. we were in there for about 10/15 minutes because we had a lot to try on! if i had known someone was waiting i would’ve only tried some stuff on, and then finished after. mind you i wasn’t also able to tell someone was waiting because she wasn’t holding any clothes and was just fidgeting by the register- i assumed she was checking out. the cashier shouted to us “if you guys could hurry it up there’s someone that’s been waiting”. i understand doing your job, but the way she said & the way it came across made me embarrassed and not even want to buy anything. she was very rude to us the whole time, not sure if that’s just her personality, but i heard her being snarky to other customers as well. besides that, the store is always stocked and has such cute stuff! i recommend ?”

“I was there a few days ago, its a great store. I love PacSun , one of my favorite shirts is from that same store got it more than a couple years ago and it still looks good :) . A little sad that Ginka is not around to help anymore but I got to say hi to Trinity (coolest name ever!) who is always super sweet and has beautiful customer service; I was a little sick because of this cold crazy weather and a little sad and I have no idea how but she has such empathy vibes that she noticed instantly , as a business owner I can say that alone means a lot , its not 100% part of the job, but it is a rare quality that people appreciate and actually lift me up a little. Please congratulate Trinity for me; God knows we need stores that helps out with actual humans that care now days lol . She was really the best!!! (there was another nice employee there but I forgot her name) Also the music in the background NICE, makes me want to skate again lol GOOD JOB PACSUN FIVE STARS!”

“Went to the store today, to pick up some hats, definitely needed some advice on choices. Was immediately approached by who would I would later find out was Mike Gonzalez. First, he had to deal with an individual trying to take advantage of his good nature, which was ultimately unsuccessful😊. However, as a stellar employee, he handled it perfectly. He then gave me some great suggestions, helped me make some great choices, and job done, and happy to say, a new friend. Lastly, Mike had a FULL store, and was able to take care of everyone.
