“Matt and Mike’s Italian Market is the best place in South Philly! I love their Italian Specialty Hoagies on Sarcone’s Bread! I’ve been coming here since I was a child, picking up groceries with my grandmother. Now, I take my child there. My grandmother, Cathy, has been a loyal customer since the beginning. Matt and Mike have grown as a family and witnessed generations grow.
I see some reviews on here about “scams” or people’s “card number” being used, but these guys are real honest and solid people. I’ve never had any type of transaction fraud my whole life of knowing them. These are some good men who work hard to provide for their families. I highly recommend Matt & Mike’s Italian Market!!”

“This TJs is efficient, organized, and the produce has been clean and mold free. Not every TJs packs up their chilled produce quickly enough but I’ve had good experiences with this one so far. “Sadly, they're expanding their footprint from 3 to 29 stores. The outcome of choosing quantity over quality is that they've moved away from what made MOM's special. They even decided to close the Naked Lunch eatery. The customer experience now? Meh.”
“This place is an amazing sister to the Collingswood store. I went today, had amazing service (like engaging helpful, cook this at this temp, those are so good.). I grabbed a chicken dinner, a slice of lasagna (yep), and 4oz of grated in front of me parm/reg for $6. Topped off with a loaf of fresh zucchini bread for $7. Below is the slice, cheese, and a beer. lol”

“This place is amazing if your looking for responsibility raised seafood and especially wiid caught this is the place. The seafood is priced reasonably and they have a variety of vegetables and wild meat like rabbit and deer meat. It's all frozen but fresh. This is my new place to buy wild caught seafood and fresh frozen veggies.”

“ALDI is my go-to supermarket. Their prices can't be beat. While you can't find EVERYTHING that you want there, you can get all your essentials and more for a fraction of the price. Their produce is sold in bulk (you can't buy a single lemon) but it's decent quality and you get a lot for the price. They also have a huge selection of nice cheese which is always handy for a party.”

Although I’m disappointed they no longer serve hot food, I understand that their business needs have changed. I always buy Grape Arizona here, and the owner has made sure it’s always available. Never had issues with the staff or parking. Customers can be obnoxious sometimes tho especially the ones that are not regularly at the store and don’t know the rules of Aldi.”

I have never before or since found one that slapped that hard - could not believe those out-of-the-warming-pot meatballs and fresh sliced prov could make that magic but it did.Also tried my friend’s sandwich which was the Italian (as advertised, a true classic - hard to find them like that anywhere but the old delis now) but I was so lost in the sauce of the meatballs that it didn’t matter.Also, the guy behind the counter?
