I couldn't do a survey because we didn't have a receipt for today, but I wanted to make sure they got the credit they deserve.”

“Michelle in appliances was a god sent- she helped fix a online order mistake through Lowe’s that was not even the store’s fault- just the online website- she honored my appliance price while getting me next day delivery. “I was visiting sicklerville lowes because it is closer to my house and I was helped by a wonderful young man named Dave. I had a little trouble with the item I bought and he returned it for me and suggested a better one! He mentioned surveys but I can’t figure it out without my grandson. I want to say that he is one of the nicest young workers I have encountered in the establishment. We need more people like him from that generation. I am hopeful that any future problems get solved with Dave since he is so patient and knowledgeable.”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
“We visited this Home Depot yesterday to purchase a snow blower. We got caught up in a clerical error when we went to pick up the purchased snow blower resulting in three returns to the store. Mei, the store manager, intervened to resolved the issue and made arrangements to have the blower delivered to our home free of charge to compensate us for the mix up. Thank you Mei. Good customer service still matters. Well done.”
“It's really interesting to see the mixed reviews for the customer service here. I had a great experience - the woman who greeted me as I entered was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, another staff member told me they don't actually stock the item but looked it up at Target for me! The greeter then pointed out where I should go next as it was my first time in this giant shopping area, and I was on foot. Nice welcome to Philadelphia!”
“It has been such a joy going to this Home Depot. Over the last couple of years, I don't know if it is new management, but the customer service has been stellar!! As soon as you walk in, there are people asking you if you need help. You don't have to chase somebody down for assistance. AND, everyone is super knowledgable. It really is the best Home Depot I've ever experienced, and I've been to a lot of them.”

Her co workers on the other hand could use a class in customer service and profession demeanor. “The greeter was friendly and the gentleman in the electrical department was helpful in getting the lamp sockets I wanted. I wish there was a NON self checkout option.
The parking lot is huge, so parking was convenient.
I already installed 2 of the 3 necessary sockets, leaving 1 spare.
I highly recommend this Home Depot because of its knowledgeable, helpful and friendly employees.”
