βOverall, this location far surpassed any expectations I had approaching an outlet. While I expect 5-star service from a traditional RH store, I foolishly assumed that with the reduced rates, comes reduced customer service. That is not the case. The reps took countless hours out of their days (for a week straight) to swap images/texts/calls with my wife and I as we hunted down the desired piece from 50 miles out.
Once we found what we were after, we visited the store and met Lisa. She was an absolute gem; as eager to assist us as she was to entertain my young daughter, giving me a chance to take my time looking over our investment piece.
Their initial attention to our needs got us in the door - their in person care solidified our customer loyalty.
Happy to provide the well earned feedback.β

βExcellent service from Zaire and Matt. Zaire was helpful and nice, without being pushy, and had the perfect suggestions that helped me purchase the best mattress for my needs. Matt went above and beyond during the purchase and delivery phase. I got my new mattress the next day!

βWe worked with Yin Rubin in the Princeton, NJ store and have been thrilled with all of her insight and help with our master bedroom and newly renovated sitting room. We could not have been more pleased with the result and the ideas Yin provided through the whole process. Our renovation was very frustrating but Yin created a space well worth the wait! We will be utilizing her keen eye for detail in upcoming rooms we have planned to update in the near future. We would highly recommend her services if you need a designer who listens to your needs and wants and translates them into a beautiful living space.β
βMy husband and i visted the Fairless Hills store and we were greeted by Sherrie .At that point we were just looking but did see some things we liked ,so we went home to measure our space and told her we would return the next day which we did .She greeted us again with a friendly hello and told us she would be right with us as she was with another customer.We ended up buying a good amount of furniture.. she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all our buying experience with her Sherrie was a pleasure.Alison and john yeager .β
βThis store is really cool, and they have a large selection of home items. My father purchased me a bento box here, and it's great! I also bought a couple of ceramic (I think...) turtles, and they're so cute. I noticed they have a ton of porcelain plates and dishes as well! ?ββ¬?οΈβ

βHobby Lobby has an outstanding selection of arts, crafts and home furnishings. I buy embroidery items and threads for sewing and the fabric selection is varied. Plenty of parking.β

βI visited this location because I work close by. I'm so glad I did that evening. I found exactly what I was looking for, in a price range that fit within my budget. It was a white sofa-like table, with the right measurements and height and design, that was perfect for my home office space. The HG staff member helped me squeeze it into my trunk and I was very pleased to put it in my home office when I arrived home.β
βPerennial home was a wonderful host to many during the annual witches night out. Treats were served for the ticketed guests and a little magic brew as well. The shop is always filled with amazing seasonal decor. Thank you Karen for being a wonderful part of our community, willing to join in on the fun.β
βNot sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~β

βI've made several purchases from this store.An area rug, kitchen accessories, and recently, a pair of I don't know what the proper term is spinning chairs for the living room, they were on sale, and if I opened up an account, I got another ten percent off, i recommend doing this as long as you pay it off on the first payment.Because the company that they use is the only bad thing about this place, synchrony bank beware of this company, only interested in charging you high interest rates and making lots of money off you. And i'm not even taking a star off for that, because it's not the store's fault, i live in branchburg, and it's a bit of a ride to get to this store, but it's worth the trip.β
βMy husband and I visited several furniture stores before choosing this manufacturer, and the craftsmanship here stood out right away. The finishing looked neat, corners were smooth, and nothing felt cheaply assembled. Even after months of use, the furniture still feels sturdy and well built.β

Honestly, Mandalay is a great place to kill 30 minutes and find out if you have any impulse control as you mutter "how cute" under your breath constantly looking for the off switch. Mandalay Trading is a smart pivot if you forget a birthday or other special occasion. Five stars for the electic mix and bailing me out on more than one occasion.β
