“The manager Damion saved me from the scammers across the highway! DONT GO TO THE AT&T next to ShopRite! After leaving that location and going to the mall, I was shown to have been mislead and ripped off completely by that location and Damion, the manager at the mall location, was a great help in saving my ass from what have been a disaster! The mall location is a thousand times better than the corporate stop who I have since reported to the better business bureau! I feel so much better that I returned everything to that other location and did a purchase at the mall instead! Please please please hear me when I say that u will be treated like a person and feel happy with your purchase at the mall location! I would give them 10 stars if I could! If you are reading this Damion just know I appreciate all your help!”

“I went to this store since I had an issue whereas I had to go prove my identity to get assistance. After asking them for help they hit a wall as did I on the phone. Tom asked me to call back and lets try to work on it together. After 45 minutes of back and forth Tom had to run (end of day) so he asked if I minded having Jose (Zay) Franco take over. Well he did and after about an hour more he was able to settle all of the issues and I walked away extremely happy. Kudos to these two guy's who didn't shrug me off or run and hide in the back and provided amazing customer satisfaction. These day's it is not often you get this kind of help so I figured I had to let their bosses know... They changed the way I now view T-Mobile that is how customer experience should be! “If you come to this store during the weekend, expect there to be insanely long lines. I would not come here on the weekend. Just like I would not come to Costco on the weekend either. However, if you come here during the week, or schedule an appointment online before you come in, the wait isn't terrible. The staff is knowledgeable. Plus, you can drop off your old electronics, monitors, etc here and they will take it from you free of charge. You do not need it to be an Apple device!”
