“Ian in the Bike Service department went above and beyond to service my bike, even making a last minute chain change when it was just minutes till closing. All so I wouldn't have to drive to come back another time. This is how customer service should be! Thank you Ian! The manager was also super friendly and engaging with the guests. You've made a member for life.”
“I had a great experience at the Nike store in Princeton. I purchased the Air Jordan OG, and the product lived up to the hype—top quality and style. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this location if you're looking for great service and authentic Nike gear.”
“The staff here is to of the line! Very kind and knowledgeable. They took their time finding the right stuff and getting to know my daughter as an athlete, so they could recommend the right shoes to help my daughter with her aches and pains.”
“Johnson Fitness has a wide variety of exercise equipment. I have purchased a rower recently.. from shopping in store, checkout and delivery it was a pleasure ! The delivery team was great, they assembled the rower in minutes and took all the packaging with them. Highly recommend Johnson Fitness !”
“I was looking for new pickleball /tennis shoes. Limited selection, but I found a perfect fit Coco Gauff signature series. Much better than the 696v6 shoe I recently purchased and returned. The 696v6 were difficult to step into and tie. The Coco Gauff shoes fit like my old NB shoes that I wore for years. NB Princeton sales person was attentive and professional. Good store.”
“Friendly, always helpful, professional staff! Fantastic selection!!! Always impressed by how much they have available for each team as well as how many local colleges and not-so-local colleges as well as professional teams’ gear they have there. Heavenly store for a sports fan, especially a Philadelphia sports fan. :)”
“I have recently started bowling again after 25 years and wow things have changed, but Andrew talked me through it and with no pressure . He asked me questions about my style of bowling then made his suggestions ,in the end it was my choice . The shop didn’t have the ball I wanted in stock but they ordered it and had it for me drilled perfectly, Thanks again, I will definitely continue to support this Pro shop”
“I don’t usually leave reviews for retail stores, BUT I had a very pleasant shopping experience here a couple of days ago. The vibe is very friendly and the women on the floor was super warm. Also, it was my first time shopping at Athleta. MUCH better fit and quality than Lululemon, seriously! I’m a fan!”
“I just learned that Nike products are NOT included in any promos like the bogo deal. The woman that checked me out said nike wouldnt agree to send them shoes if they had to comply with the promos ?. So hopefully this is helpful to others to know before you go. ? This location is my go to place for sneakers it's very clean and staff are always friendly.”
“I recently started shopping at Lululemon and this visit was even better because of Cat. She really took the time to help me find pieces that actually suited me and made me feel so confident. Honestly she made the whole experience.”
“Creative Arts Awards amd Trophies is absolutely amazing! I needed some emergency medals for my Family Fun Fiesta Softball Tournament. I originally ordered them from a company online, and the quality was beyond terrible! I gave Mr Ken (owner/operator) a call, placed the order, and he had 12 medals engraved and ready in just a few days! Outstanding quality, customer service, and the price was right on!! Thank you, Mr Ken for saving the day!”
“Outstanding experience 5 STARS. Yareli was able to pick out 4 pairs off buisness casual shoes that fit perfectly and more than exceeded my expectations. Finding the right shoes has always been a pain for me and other shoe store employees have come up short with my shoe needs, but not Yareli. Her professionalism and expertise was impressive. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Yareli.”
“OMG absolute amazing staff here, always helping and sharing thoughts on products and how to get better. Will always give you a helping hand, find better prices, and share experience with the product. A lot of versatility in the store they can help with and just amazing people! Shoutout PJ & Matt.”
“What a joyful experience it was shopping here. I was looking for something very specific that I found on the footlocker app and I thought it was in the store and I was swiftly greeted and attended to by Bri. It was obvious that I looked lost and needed help and Bri took initiative to explain how to use the app and also provided me options. Without hesitation my request was successful thanks to Bri. Definitely recommend doing your holiday shopping at this footlocker and ask for Bri. And the Cashier Yeilen was very nice and helpful too.”
“My Dad and son were there this morning and had a great experience finding all that my son needed for baseball. They had an employee named Dylan helping them out and he was very knowledgeable and helped them find exactly what he needed! Thank you!”
“G star sports is a great place to deal with. I been dealing with G star for 8 years and never had problems with them. Cindy and Larry are always helpful. They are very considerate nice people.”
“I recently went to the store to find a pair of shoes that matched an outfit. I ended up not finding what I was looking for because of things out of the control of the store staff. However I wanted to take a moment to highlight how amazing the store manager is. During my shopping he was attentive to detail and supportive. The customer service in the store is beyond fabulous.”
“I always purchase my shoes and socks there they have a good selection and I like men shoes they fit better. The staff is always friendly and I got in and out in no time. I like that they email my receipt because I always loose paper receipts. Overall great store and it’s close to my house I don’t have to go to any malls plus they are kitty approved”
“Just revamped my winter shoe wardrobe at the Oxford Valley location.. Much needed! They had everything I wanted and my size was actually in stock (8's go quick.) Staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to assistant manager Jeff who reminded me about my coupon!”

“Great experience at Champs in Quaker Bridge Mall. The staff especially Kevin and Rocio was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was well organized with a great selection of sneakers and apparel. Overall, smooth shopping experience—I’ll definitely be back.”
“We had a fantastic customer service experience with Matt. He welcomed us when we first entered. We were then having some trouble making a return, but Matt was able to help us effectively. He was extremely pleasant and interacts with customers well, making the overall experience at Dick's a positive one. We didn't catch all of their names, but the entire shoe department was great and personable as well.”
“I had an excellent experience with NJPS and Chris . I called Chris to ask some questions about the piece of equipment I was considering purchasing. He gladly answered them all and we had a nice talk. Since I am not far from his warehouse, I asked to come pick up the item myself which he gladly allowed me to do. We set up a time to meet. I met Chris at the appointed time, had a nice conversation, and we loaded the item into my SUV. I could not be more pleased with the JX-925 gym. The quality of the item exceeded my expectations and the directions for assembly were very good. I highly recommend.”
“I wanted to leave this review because I think great customer service deserves to be recognized. I recently came in for an iron fitting and got fitted for a set of Cobra Kings that felt amazing, so I ended up purchasing them. Definitely a good call by the fitter having me try the Cobras because they felt way better to me than the other clubs I had tried. A few days later I received a customer survey and decided to give some honest feedback that I thought a couple things could have possibly gone a little better. I wasn’t looking for anything in return and honestly didn’t think much of it after I sent it in. The next day the store manager, Drew, called me personally to talk about my feedback. I made it very clear to him that I wasn’t looking for anything and didn’t want anyone getting in trouble. Drew explained that they take customer feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to learn and get better. What really impressed me was how much Drew genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. I told him several times that he didn’t have to do anything for me, but he insisted on making sure I was completely satisfied. I stopped back in today and Drew absolutely went above and beyond for me. I’m not going to get into exactly what he did because that’s really not the point of this review. The point is that they could have easily read my survey and moved on. Instead, Drew personally reached out to me, listened to what I had to say and made sure I left feeling great about doing business there. Sometimes what makes an experience great isn’t everything going perfectly the first time. It’s how a business responds when something could have gone a little better. Drew absolutely nailed that. That’s how you keep a customer. I will absolutely be coming back here for anything golf related I need in the future. Huge thank you to Drew for taking the time to reach out to me and for genuinely caring about my experience. You don’t see customer service like that nearly enough anymore. Easy 5 stars from me.”
