The 696v6 were difficult to step into and tie. The Coco Gauff shoes fit like my old NB shoes that I wore for years. NB Princeton sales person was attentive and professional. Good store.”

He asked me questions about my style of bowling then made his suggestions ,in the end it was my choice . I gave Mr Ken (owner/operator) a call, placed the order, and he had 12 medals engraved and ready in just a few days!

“I wanted to leave this review because I think great customer service deserves to be recognized.
I recently came in for an iron fitting and got fitted for a set of Cobra Kings that felt amazing, so I ended up purchasing them. Definitely a good call by the fitter having me try the Cobras because they felt way better to me than the other clubs I had tried. A few days later I received a customer survey and decided to give some honest feedback that I thought a couple things could have possibly gone a little better. I wasn’t looking for anything in return and honestly didn’t think much of it after I sent it in.
The next day the store manager, Drew, called me personally to talk about my feedback. I made it very clear to him that I wasn’t looking for anything and didn’t want anyone getting in trouble. Drew explained that they take customer feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to learn and get better.
What really impressed me was how much Drew genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. I told him several times that he didn’t have to do anything for me, but he insisted on making sure I was completely satisfied.
I stopped back in today and Drew absolutely went above and beyond for me. I’m not going to get into exactly what he did because that’s really not the point of this review. The point is that they could have easily read my survey and moved on. Instead, Drew personally reached out to me, listened to what I had to say and made sure I left feeling great about doing business there.
Sometimes what makes an experience great isn’t everything going perfectly the first time. It’s how a business responds when something could have gone a little better. Drew absolutely nailed that.
That’s how you keep a customer.
I will absolutely be coming back here for anything golf related I need in the future. Huge thank you to Drew for taking the time to reach out to me and for genuinely caring about my experience. You don’t see customer service like that nearly enough anymore.

However I wanted to take a moment to highlight how amazing the store manager is. During my shopping he was attentive to detail and supportive. The customer service in the store is beyond fabulous.”

It was obvious that I looked lost and needed help and Bri took initiative to explain how to use the app and also provided me options. Without hesitation my request was successful thanks to Bri.
