There was one lady, in particular, that stood out. She was extremely courteous, and beyond helpful. She spoke of how her husband and me had much in common. If I ever do revisit, I pray I experience her mild-mannered (above & beyond) service again! ??”
“Went to the Quakerbridge Mall location. Daphne at the shoes register saved Christmas for me. I was looking for a particular shoe, she looked into the system and the size I was looking for was not in stock. I had to find something else in the specific size, Daphne the angel that she is, went into the back and found every shoe in the size I needed!! And in doing so, we wound up finding the original shoe that I was looking for, in the size that the system said wasn’t available. All in all, if it wasn’t for Daphnie’s will to go above and beyond, I wouldn’t have been able to get that 1 item I needed, to save Christmas. Thanks again Daphnie.”
“I love it here. The staff are very nice. The cashier Q took great care of me. When I walked up to the register, he was sort of busy ..not only did he stop what he was doing to help me.. I was greeted with a smile and very friendly and funny conversation. I felt warm and welcomed . He even helped me to make a few purchases I was thinking about putting back. “I love that Ross has larger dress sizes from good quality brands! Since gaining so much weight, Ross has been a bit of a life saver in that I can still find and wear clothes that not only fit but also fit me well and are a la mode!”

“The Macy's at Quakerbridge Mall is crowded during the holidays. However, the Mac Cosmetics counter is great for purchasing makeup! Anna helped me, and she was friendly, personable, and great. Would recommend for Mac.”
