  Top notch customer service, professionalism, and patience. As a long time customer, the team at the Lawrence Branch has always been there to help me with both my personal and small business banking needs. Special thanks to Nisha and Roderick. You guys are awesome!

  There have been several issues with this branch. Even after being told NO MONEY Markets, they first put my mom in one, which required a second trip to the bank to have them fix what was originally told to them. Then, when my son opened an account, they did the same to him, despite being told NO MONEY MARKET accounts.

  If you have to go inside for teller transaction..don't. Takes forever and NOT helpful. They are doing other thing's instead of helping customers.
