“I found out about you when my husband and I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast. We lived the pillows, so while getting ready for check-out, I pulled all the pillow cases out to see the tag on their pillows. And ah ha! The Phoenix Down Shop. Today I have 2 regular soft pillows and 2 king medium pillows we use as body pillows.
I’ve seen dozens of ads about other “new technology” pillows and it gives me a chuckle because I (finally) have AMAZING pillows.”

“An extra special Thank You to Daryl with the telephone customer service team for taking my call and following up with me regarding some of the packaging that was missing from an online order that was placed. I called after 5pm on Saturday 09/28 to follow up on an overnighted shipment for the packaging that was never received and Daryl was kind enough to call the T&Co at La Cantera, San Antonio, TX to notify the store that I can stop by to get the packaging. Fast forward to Sunday 09/29 after 1pm and Erica at La Cantera was able to resolve the issue. Daryl, you are much appreciated in your efforts and your actions made it right. You will have to go back to your shipper wherever that may be and get a new one with there signature of they new seal that was added. So leave seals intact until they tell you, and have a blessed day.”

“Huge store took me 2 hours to browse and peruse. Super-sized items can be too heavy for me to carry to my car, however, they can be a great savings for a family of 4 or larger who have the space to store. Costco may lack some of the variety of items that a grocery store has, so if the customer/member is adamant about a certain brand, you may have to settle for its equivalents here. Seasonal items abound, so its worth your while to come to Costco first to save money.”

“Like many of the other costco it is always clean and organized, nice staff. Gas is always cheaper than other stations in the area and always like to end up filling up here before continuing our trip. We also enjoy that it is right off the highway and close to a bunch of other stores and mall.”
“Truck driver. Delivery. Surprising very little info on this place. One entrance one exit. Dropped trailers on the driveway so no staging overnight no overnight parking. There is a gate. Make sure to swing wide. Friendly people. Yard guy brought me the bolt cutter. If you come before 7 it’s a problem because they are all leaving for deliveries. Come at 7 for 8 am delivery. Some spots tight if another truck is right of your dock. Yard guy gave me options I took left of a dock truck why work hard. Good door dash choices. Bathroom I didn’t use or ask. No pee smell.
I did some recon last night incase I wanted to stay closer liftmaster down the block does overnight parking. Just be gone before they open”
