“Budget didn't mention on the website ad about the how the price would increase after you add at least the minimum insurance rate which is necessary to get it done , these kind of information you just have once you get at the store no before or when you booked online. So unfortunately the price always will be more than you expect. That's sucks. Even though they got the best price in the market and great news and reliable car In their fleet. Nothing against the store or staff but I think the budget would treat this in crystal clear way. These guys provide a good service at store though , making easier the rental experience. 4 star !”
“Recently went on a family vacation and rented a big suv from this airport location. When we arrived service was just ok, a machine could've done what they did. However, on our way back when we returned the vehicle, the difference in professionalism, kindness and just overall customer service was definitely felt. The gentleman that helped us was super nice, prefessional and kind. When we thanked him, all he said was, "of course its our pleasure. Let us know if when we can help you on you next rental need". This was a short statement but it felt honest, like he really care. Anyways, this was a simple transaction turned into a great experience. For parents traveling with 4 big bags, several backpacks and carseats, hi help made a huge difference.”
