“We have been customers of Truly Blessed twice. Once for my son's communion last year and again for my daughter's this year. I am not so much a "boutique" person, but my experience with Joanie and the staff at Truly Blessed was a wonderful one. Joanie has an amazing selection from suits, dresses and accessories all within different budgets. I appreciate her honesty in opinions and make-you-feel-like-family customer service. Joanie is insightful and helps alleviate the stress of all that needs to be done for the big day. When I went to exchange it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager, I missed her name helped me find the coat in the same size and set me up with an individual, Mohammed, who was highly professional and helped me with the exchange.”

“Kevin that worked on Thurs May 4th was amazing and patient. I found what I needed as per his suggestions. The employees are all great all the time. Management should enforce a uniform like policy...I'm seeing different brands being worn by all three of the cashiers....they are all professional and friendly...BUT of the hoodies brandishes the word HEN with a NY symbol....I pray it's not for Hennesy...which I drink once in a while BUT is not cool AT ALL for the Gap. Sorry...but no.”

“I’ve been going to this mall for many years. Typical Jersey mall with Jersey people. Some consider us rude, but others that know better know that we’re just no nonsense, direct people. That goes for the staff of the most of the stores as well. However, the customer service that I received in Nautica was by far some of the best I’ve experienced in any retail clothing store in NJ. All of the employees were friendly, even though the store was busy. The store manager, Saira, wasn’t delegating to her employees like you see in so many other stores. She was out greeting customers, folding clothes, and assisting with a big smile on her face. She asked me multiple times if I needed help, and even decided to discount some of my clothes that I was purchasing because of a sale that just lapsed. It’s customer service like this that sets certain stores apart from the rest. Not to mention, I’ve been wearing Nautica clothing since the 90s. For a great clothing line, exceptional customer service and notable price breaks, Nautica in Jersey Gardens is the spot. Five stars.”

“I have been to many Jewelry stores in Patterson, Brooklyn and Jersey City and this is by far the best place. They are very honest, especially in weighing the gold (I found out the hard way that other stores cheat on that). A wide variety of items. Beautiful Jewelry with great quality! Better prices compared to other local stores and department stores (I have been to other stores that gave slightly cheaper prices/gram but ALL of them cheated on the weight of the items)!!! The staff is very nice and genuine. I would very highly recommend it.”

“Javi was Amazing??? to the highest point! Our 1st encounter with him when we entered was him helping us to find sweat suits in my son’s size. My son in the mist of trying on school clothes left his phone and Javi found it and locked it up….. I must came back to the store 3 times asking 3 different associates to no avail. Not sure if all hope was lost I came back a 4th time and saw Javi who with a big smile said Yes I have it locked up! What a relief for both my son and myself.
