“Old school gym with all the right machines. Reminds me of a gold gym, no fuss very clean and nice staff. I haven't tried the classes but love that there isn't a line of three people to use a leg machine etc. Sauna for one is a great touch. Staff is kind and acknowledges guest by name.”

“I can't explain how much I'm going to miss this place!! I'm moving far away, so I won't be able to keep coming (very often), but I'm taking the best memories with me. All the teachers are amazing but I specially wanna thank Osi, James and Valeria. They have taught me a lot, not only about kick boxing, but also that I’m capable of so much more.
