Of course it needs to be mentioned when it comes to selecting tools, quality does matter and you would be surprised the quality of tools at Harbor Freight. The thing I would like to mention why you're purchasing a tool, if you're a contractor and you're going to be using that tool daily to make a living Home Depot or Lowe's may offer better quality but if you're an avid handy person Harbor Freight Tools may very well serve you well.”
