Delivery guys great and delivery manager did everything possible to make it easy on my tight schedule. I have been back twice to buy other items even though they are not the closest hardware store just to show appreciation for a job well done. They have everything -and store has a throwback vibe from a different era when customer service mattered.”

“Been there many times before since it is located down the street from my house. Took my lawn mower there since it wasn't working for some reason, and upon explanation, the store worker determined it was my carburetor. Also offered to sharpen my lawn mower blade since I had never done it before. Within a week, I received my lawn mower again and it has been working as intended. Paid a reasonable price for the service. I have also gotten other items and supplies for projects around my house and the workers there are helpful if I'm looking for something specific.”

That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. Last night, I asked for something specific and after looking it up in the system, I was confidently told to go to aisle 45. The item ended up being in 42.
