As soon as Shadow met Ashley it was all over ? Shadow will never go to anyone but Ashley. She was so in tune with Shadow and so patient: Really Impressed ! We received 20% off for first time. It was a GREAT experience! Shadow is a BIG girl and she doesn’t do anything she doesn’t want to but Ashley won her over and now she looks forward to going ! That’s a HUGE relief. They argue with me not to give me a free bag after my 10th bag the managers they’re a horrible, but I have no choice but to go there cause that is the only Petco in my area the work is a great the cashiers, but the managers are horrible. I’m very disappointed that I never received my bag of food for my dogs. I never get rewards. I’m not happy at all.

She did an incredible job on my toy poodle and I've been to three other places on the Island that I was not happy with and the last one I won't even say what they did to my poor little Mila. But this place I recommend everyone on Staten Island to come here. Stefanie works one-on-one with your dog it's not a place where they have 10 people 20 people working just to make the money as fast as they can she takes her time and made sure that I was happy before I left, not like the other places I've been to. They listened without judgement and gave me honest advice that aligned with what we needed, (NOT like most other places that offer things you don’t actually need for money). My boy was in great hands in their care and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing service they provide. The front desk people (ALL OF THEM) are incredibly kind and helpful- they always helped me right away with a happy tone no matter how busy they were. I will never go anywhere else as long as Northside Animal Hospital is here.

He used his skillful hands, not scans, to examine and diagnose. He’s gentle, yet got the job done. I wish some human physicians would use the hands-on approach, rather than treating lab work and tests. Can I give Dr Rubenstein 6 stars? ??????

His new assistant is also wonderful. Not having to take my sick 15 year old cat on a stressful car ride is worth every penny. And his prices are amazing in my opinion. You won't pay for unnecessary things either. He is kind,truthful and down to earth. Please keep in mind that it may take time to get an initial appointment. He is not an emergency vet. He is very up front about this.

They Helped us wiith our Pet Rabbit that had bad stasis and he made a full recovery shortly after the visit.
They showed up on time, there was an extensive examination, Answered all of our questions and Gave Great Advice we never heard of before.
Given Medications and the visit wasnt expensive it was a Good Value.
We felt they truly cared alot.
Were Grateful Dr. Astarbi and Staff was here to help us.

174 Sand Ln, Staten IslandMy wife and I recently adopted a dog that we found while traveling. Unfortunately the dog experienced some trauma that resulted in behaviors that we were unfamiliar with. After a day of having the dog in our possession, we began to deal with some unexpected issues and we needed immediate help. My wife came across Vinny’s website, reached out, and we got a call back from him right away. Vinny spent about 30m on the phone, assessed the situation, and offered us some pointers on how to manage the problems. Before hanging up, I offered to compensate him for his time and he declined to accept anything; this selfless gesture was all that I needed to know to determine whether he was the person that we needed–it wasn’t because he didn’t want to accept any money, it was because he was willing to take the time to speak with us and explain the inner workings behind what we were experiencing. About a month later, we hired Vinny to begin some one-on-one training with our rescue. Vinny came to our home and spent almost two hours with us. Throughout the two hours, Vinny showed us how certain behaviors (ours and the dogs) enabled specific responses, and he offered us guidance on whether some of those behaviors were favorable or not. It was amazing to watch how Vinny was able to get our rescue to behave in a favorable manner within minutes. Vinny made the best use of the time and transitioned the training from indoors to outdoors, focusing on our rescues triggers, and guiding us on how to avoid these triggers. We absolutely have every intention to hire Vinny again and we highly recommend that anyone reading this review to not have any second guesses and engage Camp Ruff Ruff in their services.

We chose to come here just based off the name of the establishment and the photos of the menu. We’ve never seen desserts like this and decided to give it a try.
The gentlemen working there explained the desserts were Syrian Cuisine and explained each of the options. We chose to get the Mixed Fruit Koshari, which is a rice pudding based dessert, it was so fresh, light, and flavorful! Best dessert I could say I’ve had in a long time!
Thank you Yallah Habibi for your passion in your service and the love you put into your desserts! Definitely stopping back again on our next visit!

502 Jewett Ave, Staten IslandThis resturant has its pros & cons, PROS: they put out bread, breadsticks & a yummy garlic dipping oil 9/10, balsamic & ceaser side salads 9/10, wish mine had croutons, we got the hot antipasto as our app, 7/10 the calamari was tender & crispy but very bland, everything else was ok on it, for our entrees, ordered fresh fettuccini alfredo w/ mushrooms, it had a LOT of mushrooms but tasted good enough that parmesan was optional 9/10 & the chicken santina subbed it w/ breaded chicken cutlets was delicious, came with flavorful roasted potatoes & very crunchy vegetables, needed to be steamed longer 9/10. The portions were big enough for 2 to share. CONS: they didn't listen to a request on my hot antipasto, but corrected it, very bland calamari, had to add salt, no coffee or dessert offered & VERY slow service, took 30mins to find our waiter, ask for the check & pay, i dont think valet is necessary on weeknight. It's not bad for a local neighborhood italian resturant.

They got to know me and what I was looking for in my next family member. To be totally honest, I was terrified as a first time dog owner! Everyone I spoke to made me feel confident and excited in my decision. Fast forward two years, my pup is the best the best thing I could have ever done for myself! I started volunteering with the rescue shortly after adopting her - and the care, support, and genuine passion for the animals is nothing short of inspiring. I can't recommend enough
