She knows her stuff and works with you to get exactly what you need for your plans and devices and exactly how to get the job done through the system Verizon provides that is less than stellar. Her co worker, Motez, was also very helpful in getting the job done displaying exceptional knowledge and helpfulness.I appreciate feeling like employees genuinely are trying to help me as a person over trying to just sell me a new something. “Awesome place to get your windows tinted, and to get any car related electrical problems fixed. The guys are super friendly and are experts in what they do. Just got my remote start fixed from Narindra in no time! Have gotten windows tinted from them and they did an amazing job! Prices are extremely fair! Will be back guys. Keep up the great work.”

“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“This place is amazing and I'll tell you why: for someone who is a novice, getting into Hi-Fi can feel incredibly intimidating. But John and Co. make everything feel relaxed and fun. We get Into it to enjoy music right? So John had my girlfriend and I sit with him for over and hour demoing amps and speakers. I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. My system is like new and I am enjoying everything in my collection for the first time all over again. John and everyone at Audio Connection: you guys have a customer for life!”

“When I arrived at the cricket store, the young lady Araday, is very attentive, she immediately greeted me and asked how she can help me. I was stressed because My phone was stolen, and I was hoping someone would help me with activated my old phone.She then politely ask if I can wait a few minutes while she helps the gentlemen who were there before me. As, I waited, she then asked a few more questions. When she was done with the gentlemen, she immediatel began to help me and went the extra mile, something you rarely see and experience. “This bookstore is large and pleasant, it has a large number of titles for children, it has a coffee shop where you can spend a pleasant time and many windows, which allow you to enjoy natural light. The only thing that would improve is to add children's books in Spanish, my son is 6 years old and loves to read in English and Spanish and is learning to speak French but it is difficult to find children's books in these languages.”
