“I have traveled extensively around the world. My last trip took me to New York for medical treatment. I needed a long term stay hotel with kitchen amenities. I was directed to AKA Sutton. From April until July, I experienced the most superb service and comfortable lodging I have ever encountered. The hotel has everything possible to allow you to feel at home. It is convenient to transportation, restaurants and hospital facilities. There are no words to describe the wonderful staff. Every employee becomes your family with legitimate warmth and care. I have never experienced anything quite similar to the AKA Sutton. I would like to mention the incredible staff who made my stay the absolute best I have ever had in all my travels. Manuela, Francisco, John and John, Ernie, Anna, George, Noel. Sheila and Tracy. I call them my extended family. I am so grateful for this exceptional hotel experience. Love, Carla”
“Looking forward to my moving in date. Had a great tour with Diego who took his time to show me all the great amenities and was able to answer all my questions. All facilities look very well taken care of. Apartment units are furnished with modern appliances and the building as well as the apartment units are full of smart features like being able to open doors and check intercoms through your phone, reporting appartement issues to the maintenance staff through an app, thermostats for every room and the list goes on.There is in building parking with electric chargers, fios, optimun and other internet providers and they are looking to add retail spaces to the buildings.All the staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and they seem to care about being able to create a community and help residents connect with each other. It's a beautiful building with great amenities and beautiful views.”
“1133 was our first home when we moved to NYC shortly before the pandemic and it was truly the best place to live. The staff are the very best and they make everything so much better. The maintenance was excellent, everything was attended to promptly, with no difficulties. Truly one of the best places to live and the best part of our New York story! We unfortunately had to move because we needed more space, but would have certainly stayed if it was an option!”

“777 is the first apartment I lived in when I moved back to NYC after Covid. Juan, Tamara, Luis, Jonathan, Jose, Adrian and the rest of concierge team always made the building felt like home. It’s always nice to come home to them. I miss the spontaneous chats with all of them. The building responds quickly to maintenance requests. Zoe and Zakia were always patient with my questions as well. Unfortunately after the first year, I can’t afford living here anymore due to the rent increase (hence the four star review). The proximity to K town, flatiron, and Chelsea and the security of the building is awesome.”
“The staff of 121 Madison Avenue is excellent - courteous and hardworking. Danny, the super , Nasir, Uron, the handymen Hodge, Ennis, two of the doorman are all first-rate and tireless in their efforts on behalf of the building and the tenants .Danny, the super has a surprising eye for design - the basement he has designed and layed out is singular - not only is it clean, it is bright and homey with paintings on the walls that make it look almost like a gallery. Who ever heard of a cozy basement…”

“The Forge is an incredible community - we could not possibly recommend it enough! We recently moved away from New York and were super sad to leave the Forge. The staff is hands down the best part of the building. It was so nice to come home every day to friendly faces and they always went above and beyond.Maintenance is shockingly fast and accommodating, package delivery was always reliable (they know all the delivery guys and the staff from the other buildings on the street), and the management office was always prompt and helpful whenever we had a administrative question or issue. It is very clear that the entire staff is passionate about providing a great living experience.Amenities are great, views are phenomenal, and the interior design of each unit and the amenity spaces is very thoughtful. The apartments feel very spacious and have lots of inconspicuous storage space.The gym and pool are always immaculate and well maintained.The building also hosts events each month that are really well done - lots of great music, food, and drinks.If you're looking for an apartment in LIC, there's only one place to look!”

The front desk workers are so nice & great with assisting packages and deliveries! Even the back staff was great when needing to use the back space and big elevator for moving in purposes! “I have lived in Hackensack for two years now. The office manager Lea has addressed any issues me and my husband have ever had regarding the apartment, cannot complain, we have called the super Sokol on several occasions to fix things in the apartment and he has literally been there within 30 minutes. He's awesome and super friendly! Even during bad weather, the building is always taken care of with the snow being removed before I even get in my garage and leave to work.”

“My wife and I have been living there since last August. How do we explain our experience? Simply magic! Could not ask for a better place to live at. Every aspect of the building is well appointed from the apartments to the amenities to the gym. Valet parking is 100% efficient to say. Summers on the chic rooftop is an experience it itself. Every member of the staff are one of the nicest individuals one can meet. They all go above and beyond for the tenants. The old industrial vibe is very inviting . Oh yes, there is Cool Vines downstairs.”
“Update on 9/16/23: the road has completed construction for a while, no noise any more….i see the building has replied as wellI moved in on 8/31/23. Every single night, there is the road construction going on!! It’s 1:45am now, the construction is non stop!!! All night long!!! With the truck beeping all the time, along with mechanism noise!!! Seriously!!! Horrible!!!! I have taken videos with evidence! The leasing office never mentioned anything about a construction at night! It ruined my sleep and my life!! I’ll see how longacre leasing office will solve this issue for me, and will keep everyone updated here. Here is a photo since I couldn’t upload video here. Everyone, before you move in, be careful and ask leasing office about the noise first!!!!”

“My brother moved to Hudson Crossing last April. He LOVES it there. The building is beautiful and well managed with friendly and responsive staff. The location could not be more perfect. I have to give a shout out to Equity Residential, especially Ron, who went above and beyond the call of duty to help my brother through the application process and made sure he got the apartment he wanted.
