“I recently had an issue with my sink. The hole formed in the pipe, Needless to say water was everywhere. This occurred on a Sunday. I was informed that staff had left for the day. I assumed that the issue would not be handle until Monday. Moments after I put in a maintanance request Pedro was at my door. He expedited the request. Pedro kept me informed of everything which needed to the done as he ventured in and out of the unit to get various parts and supplies. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Such a great job!”

“I have been living in the building for the past two years and have found the Handymen staff, Luis, Erick, & Dawa superb both in their skills and response to any repairs I have needed in my apartment. Despite the concierge staff, Joshua, Roberto, Tai, and Ahmad being submerged by Amazon deliveries everyday, they provide a very positive and caring environment. They show personal interest in the many issues tenants express and the support I received after the loss of my beautiful dog Blanca will always be remembered. They are very well liked by all of us. The doormen, Vinko, Abdool, & Frankie greet me warmly and always concerned with my well-being. They are always present to assist me with heavy deliveries and make certain disabled tenants are safely escorted to the elevator. There is a positive relationship with the concierge staff and both work effectively to handle all the daily tasks required. The porter staff, too many to mention, maintain the building with pride and handle the difficult issues confronting them daily with tenants inappropriate disposal of recycling and garbage appropriately. The amenities are kept safe and spotless. Rafael, Service Manager, keeps Murray Hill Tower efficiently running daily.

His name is escaping me but we also have the best security/front desk staff who knows residents by name and he is always so kind! Management is always responsive and repairs are timely, repair men are friendly and helpful. Plus the events! My favorite has been the paint and sip with Tiffany. We had a great time! Hope to continue seeing those! They have workout classes every week, yoga on the roof, chess. “After three days, and over 20 apartment tours with numerous realty agents, it was such a breath of fresh air to work with Michael at 300 East 39th Street. He was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but really wanted to help us find the best apartment. He walked us through the process and showed us all our options on his computer. We then were able to tour apartments like the ones which were in our price range and size requirements. The best part…since we were running straight to the airport to catch our flight, he offered to help us using his computer to fill out the application and make the deposit. I left there with a huge sense of comfort knowing that my children will be in good hands when they “hopefully” move into the building after being approved. I recommend 300 East 39th and Michael to anybody looking for a fabulous apartment and great customer service.

“Heart warming story: we lost our dog on our roommate’s birthday party. However, we were lucky enough that we found our dog within a very short period of time, thanks to the stuffs, manager, and the residents here. A stranger found our dog on the street, and delivered him back to the building. The stuff was able to figure out that he was ours dog. The stuff, manager, and a resident kept him safe and sound until we got to our dog. One of the JP group chat was also posting about our lost dog. The community here is really nice and caring. A lot of people here have a dog, so everyone looks out for each other a lot.

We had a 1 bedroom suite - just the right size and a kitchen that was exactly what we needed to make our own food when we didn’t go out. Front desk service was really good, really professional, just what we wanted from a serviced building. Housekeeping, only once a week, did a fantastic job as well. Laundry is in the basement, machines are new and they work very well. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon.”

“This is our first apartment and it is absolutely perfect for us here. The laundry room is so close, with updated washers and dryers that use a laundry card system rather than coins. There is a built in air conditioning unit in the living room that works very well. We are lucky enough to be on the first floor, which means we get a nice big walk in closet that has been insanely helpful for storage. We love it <3”
