“I have been going to Bianca jewelers for a long time - mostly to repair jewelry and watches. They always do a great job and are responsive and friendly. Today, I brought in a necklace that my toddler had broken. It wasn't fine jewelry, but it was a wedding gift that I am very attached to. After taking a careful look and explaining what could and couldn't be done, Lisa took out her pliers and carefully re-attached the clasp to the chain, handing it back at no cost. I'm not able to afford the fine pieces they sell in the store, but they always make me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!”

He'd share each rendition of the CAD design and was very receptive to questions and feedback. I'm now in talks with him about creating another ring.While I haven't purchased a diamond from MDC yet, I can speak to their customer service and professionalism. On a recent trip to NYC my husband surprised me by suggesting we go to Zolands.We walked into Zolands without an appointment not knowing what to expect.Fred met with us right away and was completely gracious. He listened to what we described and designed this beautiful green sapphire and diamond platinum ring.We returned two days later - this time with an appointment - to pick up the finished ring. “I don't often write reviews on the internet, but I wanted to share my great buying experience with Jangmi. My boyfriend and I picked out a diamond here over the weekend. We had gone to another Korean-owned business in the Diamond District for comparison, but they didn't have nearly as many diamonds on site to look at. We knew Jangmi had a great reputation and far more diamonds to choose from, so it was a pretty easy choice. The process was straightforward. The sales associate was kind, not pushy, and patient as we looked at several different diamonds. We walked away that day having chosen a really pretty, high quality emerald. ...But then I spent the rest of the weekend 100% overthinking my decision! We decided to go back today to comparison shop (again...), and while I did feel a bit embarrassed about my indecision, Mrs. Kim was understanding and helped me pick a new diamond that I like even more. She even refunded us the cost difference, no questions asked, as I ultimately decided to downsize somewhat. Great people, vibes, prices, quality, and flexibility. Seeking a local invitation company , I was fortunate to find Lauren at D’Amore Jewelry on Anderson Avenue in Fort Lee. Parking was easy and the store amazing. Dazzling. However the real Gem was Lauren who helps you configure your invitation needs professionally and personally. I give her a lot of credit for her patience and the knowledge she brings to this arduous and complex task. Her input was great and the selection was amazing. The pricing was reasonable. MOST couples are overwhelmed and nervous at this point but Lauren is understanding and rock steady and follows up promptly. Lean on Lauren, she is the real GEM at D’Amore. All that glitters is a local store with a local gentleman named Charles. Yes, it’s a small town shop but Charles makes the experience delightful. From making sure his elderly clients get back safely into the car, making sure customers don’t wait too long and of course giving you a more than fair price for your jewelry.
