Me and my mom came to the store today, were looking for a watch to wear for our trip to China. The assistant manager helped us and was very helpful. He gave us amazing time to try out the watch and give clear explanation. Give him a raise!!!

Really stuck up associates here. Walked in to get my strap sized and associate asked with so much attitude if I bought it there. You would think if you buy an expensive watch that you can expect a 5 minute service to remove a link or two. I might expect this behavior from an AD, but a boutique…

I did not buy my watch at this Omega location, but Everytime I stop by after work to get it cleaned the employees are very nice and respectful. I appreciate that! ?
