“I worked with Valerie who helped me pick out a beautiful Tacori Ring and wedding band. I had my own solitaire already but that's didn't stop them from providing outstanding service. She worked with me on getting the rings by the time I needed them and also had us back after the engagement to verify ring fitment for my fiancee. She then was able to show my fiancee a couple of options for my wedding band. We ended up getting a platinum Tacori wedding band. Everything progressed perfectly smoothly and Adler's kept me in the loop about where things stood with my ring order. They were professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Adler's to anyone looking for heirloom jewelry and outstanding service.”

“Lou’s Jeweler’s is a charming old fashioned family run jewelry store owned by Lou and Rita. I was recently introduced to them after learning about their reasonable watch battery prices and quick turn around time - and I’m so glad I was.
Lou replaced several batteries in both men’s and women’s watches and even repaired two men’s watches that other jewelers had told me were beyond fixing. I had even sent one back to the manufacturer who claimed it was repaired - but still did t work. Lou fixed it without a problem. Before doing any work, he carefully explained what needed to be done and provided clear pricing, which I truly appreciated.
I also brought in a very old cross pendant that belonged to my husband’s grandmother. My husband had worn it his entire life until the top clasp broke off over 35 years ago. We had been told by multiple jewelers it couldn’t be repaired but I always kept it in my jewelry box. Lou restored it beautifully and I was able to surprise my husband with it on his 64th birthday. It was an incredibly meaningful gift made possible by Lou’s skill.
In addition. Lou created a replica of a unique gold Turkish ring that my husband’s grandmother had given me over 35 years ago. Despite having limited time before Christmas. he crafted a perfect copy for our daughter. He even suggested putting both rings in a box under the tree to see if she could tell them apart - she couldn’t! It was such a special moment.
Lou has repaired, shortened and lengthened gold bracelets, fixed watch bands, and we have even purchased jewelry from their store. Lou and Rita truly take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. Beyond jewelry and watches, they can custom make just about anything, offer ear piercing, and even repair all types of clocks - including cuckoo clocks.

“I recently brought a vintage watch to Marco and he told me that he would have his watchmaker look at it and provide me an estimate on a repair.
Marco said he would text me on a Thursday morning, and he did exactly that. He then told me it would take about a week, and it was ready within about a week. Pretty rare to find a repair shop that gives you incredibly accurate timelines.
Communication was accurate, top notch, and his watchmaker is clearly exceptional at what he does. He also has a really great inventory of used watches in his store, which is a real treat to look through as an enthusiast.
