“They mess with my brain chemistry every WOD. I had never tried Crossfit before. I usually do calisthenics and weightlifting at the gym. I consider myself in good shape. I am an officer candidate with the Guard, which also destroys me every drill. However, here, I almost threw up twice the first week because of the intensity of their workouts. Do not think about it. It took me years to realize Crossfit was the way to go. The price was always the reason that made me double-guess my decision to join. However, try the free week pass. Just try it.
