Caesar and Griselda were extremely helptul. I usually go to a family mechanic, but they were unable to resolve some issues I was having. I came in with problems involving my control arms, stuck bolts, TPMS sensors, and an alignment.
They were able to get everything fixed in just a few hours!

“Exceptional experience at this Mavis location in Lodi. Mike was AMAZING! I was on 80 East heading home to LI, two kids in car, my tire light went on. I looked up closest Mavis. I pulled in, Mike helped me immediately, came out to the car, checked my tires, was honest and did not try to rip me off. He physically showed me what was wrong, checked inventory for a new tire which they didn’t have but assured me I was safe to drive home to Long Island and checked my air pressure. I offered him a little tip for being so nice, helpful and thorough but he refused it. He told me to get home safe. That to me is definition of exceptional customer service.
I highly recommend that Mavis and Mike is an amazing manager!”
