“Your salesperson Brianna just restored my faith in humanity. I called in the morning to tell her I was picking up my order and she was just like a breath of fresh air ... so personable and helpful. When I got to the store she greeted me with a smile and was kind enough to load the item in the car for me. Customer service is a rare commodity nowadays - please don't take her for granted!! Thank you all, for the quick turnaround of my online order. I had to drive up from Brick because no store near me had stock on this item. However, with service like this, I might land up being a regular customer!”

“I love Marshalls! The store has great items for reasonable prices. The prices are so good that you wind up spending $200 before you know it. I love their skincare, haircare and body care. My only problem is that they don't carry the same things all the time. For example, I bought a Korean skincare brand moisturizer and now they don't have it anymore. Other than that, I love this store and highly recommend!”

Eventually they succeeded with total professionalism, The gal helping me at the return counter was more that efficient, showed such calmness and patience. She is a gem. The gal at checkout was just as helpful when I couldn't find the item that was on display.....she actually went and looked and found the item in question. “I visited the Tinton Falls, NJ store yesterday with a list in hand. Bo )the sales person) was extremely helpful in helping me find some of the items. Most importantly the connection (for my garden hose to connect to a “hose reel) with two female ends. Along with a few other items I was seeking. I also browsed around the store (enjoying some “retail therapy”). Yes, I overspent, but retail therapy was needed. Bo also helped me load up my “haul” - with the few bigger items I purchased onto my vehicle!!! Thank you, Bo? I’ll be back and hope to see Bo again! Chair and hose reel in use! My vegetable garden thanks Bo too, as it got much needed watering!”

“It was my first time at Nordstrom rack, I do know how it worked and was immediately helped by an employee named lily who was extremely helpful to help me find a dress I needed for a wedding. I showed lily a picture of the dress I wanted and she was able to find almost the exact dress for me to order from another Nordstrom store which had my dress available. I was so grateful to lily , she was so kind and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for.”
“Shout out for the Wal-Mart associate whose name tag says “MOHD” for, I know for sure, he went above and beyond his normal duties to help me find a few bags of 8-lb Equate Epsom Salt product that is not on the shelf but is available in the backroom. Kudos to MOHD.”

“I'm going to probably come here for the rest of my life whenever I need a shirt with a button down or a collar. We hit this place up after going to the Monmouth Mall because I was starting a new job and I thought I needed to really look snazzy and cool. So I spent like 80 bucks on three shirts walking away. Feeling like a dingus. On the way home we see a t.J Maxx and quickly I realized the error of my ways. I saw five shirts that totally hit the mark and I spent less than 60 bucks. And honestly they were just totally better than the stuff I had in the mall. So now I have the anxiety filled dread of the returns I have to make in my trunk, but fueled by the excitement of my TJ Maxx purchase, I went to my new job with my new clothes, confidence boosting all thanks to the wonderful assortment of TJ Maxx items. If you think this review is paid for, nope, I'm just that good”
“I love, love, love this shop. Everytime we come to visit our Daughter, we come here. The staff is amazing and I NEVER leave empty handed..Mother's Day weekend was no exception,. If you only have a short time to shop in this WONDERFUL, little beach town of Ocean Grove, don't miss this shop..they have everything. Top it off with lunch at the Seagrass Restaurant. I will never grow tired of going to the beach here, because it's quiet and doesn't have the noise, etc. Even though I enjoy cocktails, wine..it's so nice not to have the alcohol, the boom boxes, etc that's at Asbury Park beach. OG is the perfect place to enjoy the peace of listening to the ocean and the children play. Family oriented, so it works for me, since I've raised my family, but enjoy that there are no loud parties at the beach.”

“If you are looking for furniture your best bet is Macys on route 35 in Eatontown NJ. When you arrive ask for Vivian and you will have a fantastic purchasing experience.
My wife and I purchase a leather love seat and matching sofa, and it was Vivian who made everything seam less. When it was delivered a few days later there was an issue with the sofa and all it took was a five-minute call to Vivian and in less than 30 minutes the issue was resolved. This kind of service is priceless and not seen very often.

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”
