“The staff members are helpful and friendly. We have received excellent service over the years and have stayed with this bank largely because, when we need it, it has a convenient in-person branch as well as plenty of ATMs. Some of its processes are slow, which is why I gave it a 4, not a 5, star rating.”

“We finalized our closing on our home and the PNC customer service over the phone messed up our wire transfer. Meaning we would have been out of house and home for several days. Including the other homeowners that were waiting to receive this money. Alcy Riche the loan officer at this location saved the day!! I don't know if he knows it, but he helped so many families today. This man was so calm and he did everything he had to do to make the wire transfer happen, even with the PNC wire transfer office being closed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will forever be appreciative of him and his help. I cannot thank him enough.”
