“Went in today to get some boxes, Joey from the get to was so pleasant and had a huge smile on his face. I went in to get some boxes, he offered to help me bring them to my car, I told him to take care of his customers after me. He knew almost every customers first name as they walked in. I will definitely be going into that location more and more.”

The gentlemen were also dealing with a rude customer before me, yet maintained professionalism and consistency in being kind to other customers. I was being helped in a very efficient manner despite the rush. This is world-class service and i’d say Asad and Ahsan really put their foot forward in every way unthinkable. “From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”
“Had a great customer service experience in Madison. Cashier (may have remembered the name wrong, perhaps David? Cashier 1071953) helped us with selection, price-matched with online staples price, brought the office chair to us, and to the car. When I first was looking for help, found him re-stocking the refrigerator with beverages. He basically runs around doing a one-man show with a smile. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the people behind service desks. Can’t believe a guy with a blank expression on his face was texting on his phone the whole time, while a single cashier with a line of customers is also running to the back to get heavy merchandise.”
