“So I haven’t actually done any work here but I called this place earlier today to ask about a tire replacement. I was sort of screwed over by another place close to where I live. So instead of firing off negative reviews and seeking “Justice” on that place, I am writing a positive experience about this place.
By telling me his honest assessment of what he has in stock, he basically lost a potential sale because it is not what I need. He could’ve lied, manipulated or even tried to bs me in a way to get a sale (like my previous experience)

“I had an issue with my F150 where it entered a "deep sleep mode" due to a few days of inactivity. I forgot that I received the message on the app a couple months ago, but was continuing to drive my truck sporadically. One day I randomly realized my passenger side door's "intelligent access" wasn't working. I tried it a few more times over the course of a couple weeks then came to the conclusion that maybe it was broken. I called multiple Ford dealer/service centers, mechanics and auto body shops. I called Mobil 1 Lube Express and got a hold of Mike who was clearly busy and said he probably wouldn't be able to help me for another week, but in that moment, he still decided to ask me a few questions about the problem and recommended that I disconnect the negative port of my battery for 5 minutes and see if that resets it. I tried it the next day and it worked - I spent countless hours wasting my time with Ford and other mechanics/auto body shops and I should've called Mike in the first place. I called him back to thank him and let him know it works. He humbly wouldn't take anything I offered him, so the least I could do is write this review. I'm a previous customer but they gained even more of my business, now. Thanks again Mike!!”

“Electrical problem with the 4 window switches on the driver's door. Couldn't operate any windows from that position. Window switches on the three other doors worked. Mechanic had to open up the driver's door to locate a frayed wire. Made a splice for the damaged section and all is working perfectly.
I was kept informed on the progress, for an unusual issue, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you all for the excellent service.”
