“Hard to believe I’m saying this about a government office, but this is by far the best post office in the area. The clerks are friendly, polite and helpful. Good hours and ample parking. Keep up the good work!Usually the government is completely inept and incompetent at everything it touches. But this place manages to be different.”
“Staff were very friendly and helpful! I came in with concerns regarding a package. The staff resolved the issue quickly and within a few hours they delivered the package to my house”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
1213 Anderson Ave, Fort Lee“This is my favorite post office. There are quite a few to choose from in Fort Lee and in this area, but at this location you always get one on one attention and don’t feel rushed and always get the answers that you’re asking for. These people really are here to help you. So glad it’s down the street from me. It’s such a great part of this neighborhood.”
“We went here for passport appointment for our 1 month old baby. The place was really clean and maintained well. The staff was very friendly. We were attended by Yolanda. She was extremely professional and helped us with everything and was happy to answer some stupid questions we had. Everything went much better than we expected.”

609 John F. Kennedy Blvd, North Bergen“Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. She helped you without any discrimination. God bless her. i wanna give her thousands of stars ?”
“The older man there today 6/8/23 showed great customer service. He even helped me confirm a zip code for my shipment. I had to leave this review about him because I go to other post offices and everyone looks miserable! But, he was very nice and attentive. Thank you!”
“Honestly the best post office experience. Im so used to post offices having very rude employees but no, not this one. Everyone is very nice, helpful and attentive.”
“I have to say this is the best USPS store I have ever visited! Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! I really appreciate her help and service! God bless you!”
“It's an impressive building on 8th Avenue and 34th Street, across from Madison Square Garden, that's built like an ancient Greek temple! It was built between 1911 and 1914, with an annex built between 1932 and 1935.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
57 14th St, Hoboken“Great neighborhood Post Office. The lady who helped me ship my package internationally was super sweet and assisted me even after I messed it up multiple times. I appreciate that kind of Customer Service.”
“Outstanding customer service received from Cherlie, although the line was long it moved swiftly. Once I got to the window I was greeted with a warm welcome from Cherlie. She was very detailed with her explanations and provided excellent customer service.”
“I don’t normally review post offices (why would I) but Cheryl (sp?) was super nice to me in this location so figured she + this post office deserves a shoutout”
“The Cedar Grove post office is one of the best run ones around. During my most recent visit, the service was prompt, courteous and professional; the clerk (I don't know his name) is very knowledgeable and helpful.”
“Very clean office, excellent customer service. The clerks here are courteous & very helpful. The hours of service from 10:00am to 7:00pm are a big plus for me. Been going to this office on Bergenline for more than a decade. Keep up the good work USPS”
“I always come to this location because it is right here in town, and Mark is amazing. He is very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. He is the reason I always come back to this location because of the way he helps every time. Great job with this employee, he is a perfect face for the company.”
9AM - 5:45PM
93 4th Ave, New York“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ship like 10 packages a week with USPS and have never had an issue with this location. There’s a bunch of self service kiosks so I don’t actually need to line up sometimes!”
9:30AM - 5PM
70 W 10th St, New York“Always has a very good selection of stamps compared to other post offices and you can't necessarily count on that in New York City. The clerks are also very helpful with whatever you need to do.”
“The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”
“This post office has the kindest, friendliest staff and Leslie, who processed 54 very fragile and delicate Save the Dates for my upcoming wedding is A LITERAL GEM! They walked me through the process and always had a kind word or some humor to share. I almost didn't want to post this since I don't want word to get out about how great this place is.”
9AM - 1:30PM 2 - 3PM
128 Watchung Ave #2, Montclair“This branch is tiny, but the service was good, and the line moves quickly. The only reason why I am not going to give it 5 stars is because the hours of operation could be more convenient.”
8:30AM - 5PM
586 Valley Rd, Wayne“Great service. I've always appreciated how helpful the staff is at this post office.Parking can be tight but you can always find a spot in the back parking lot.”

6406 Bergenline Ave Ste A, West New York“So, I just signed up just to leave 2 reviews (compliments) today: for both West New York post offices. This location is the one that my husband almost always goes to for my packages. The woman who is usually at the counter is very good at her job. I'm sorry, I don't know her name, but I've also seen her before when I used to drop off packages myself. The woman doesn't even need to be asked for a receipt- she automatically hands one. I'm talking about for prepaid labels. I mention this because I've lived at 3 different towns my whole life, and this is the only town that has NO ONE giving hassles to customers about receipts. I always need the receipts for proof of acceptance. And, at my previous town (not West New York), the office has lost a package after refusing to scan its label. So, I always had to beg or kind of argue for them to scan them. But not in this post office. So far, 0 lost packages. Over here, the employees, (especially the woman) are very helpful and polite, and don't yell about receipts. I actually hate this town and wish to move, but also don't want to because this is the BEST post office that I've EVER been to, period (and I've visited ones from several different towns). Love this post office and workers! They really work hard and correctly. I wanted to send my thanks to all of them.”
9:30AM - 2PM 2:45 - 4PM
1767 Springfield Ave Ste 2, Maplewood“Ms Karen is the best postal service worker in whole state of New Jersey!!!! She is polite, professional, efficient! I love her! I wish we had more workers like her in other post offices ?. And trust me I've been to many, they are always so rude, slow and have the worst attitude.”
8:30AM - 5PM
20 Main St, Little Ferry“Peggy was really great; I had an appointment for my five year old daughter's renewal of passport and she helped us in a jiffy. She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. And TJ Kim was in the office at the time and was friendly, kind and tolerant of my happy children as we waited. I would give 10 stars.”
9:30AM - 5PM
244 E 3rd St, New York“This USPS gets a lot of flack but they are all hard workers. L. Rotali is incredibly sweet, and was crazy helpful while I struggled to send an international package. He was patient and even lent me his pen, which is rare for post office people! If you're patient, they will be patient too.”
7:30AM - 6PM
322 W 52nd St, New York“I recently visited this USPS location and had a positive experience with the Asian woman employee (I wish I had picked up her name). She was friendly, helpful, and efficient in assisting me with my needs. She took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance, which I greatly appreciated.”
“Hard to find, essentially a walk-up only USPS in the Meadowlands outdoor shopping mall. Find Holiday Inn front entrance, turn left and walk down the breezeway to the end, way back in the corner hidden from sight.”
8:30AM - 5PM
46 Grove St, Passaic“A technical issue screwed up the tracking numbers on an intercepted package. The staff here resolved the issue by digging up the necessary information and making the necessary calls very promptly.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
1296 Broad St, Bloomfield“Miss Sheri was the only one in the front this morning and she was truly giving the best customer service! She made my passport renewal process go so smooth- and even asked me if my picture was okay or not. I appreciated that so much. Definitely set the tone for my whole day. Thank you miss Sheri! It was an in and out experience, I was very happy. I do recommend booking your appt. in advance!”
