“Went for headlight and even though they were full of cars with limited time they listened to me and found a way to service me even though my car required time removing the front fender and I also got my oil change done with full synthetic oil and was able to negotiate a great deal to top it off. “I had been searching for a specific truck for about a month and Genesis had one. I had previously tried to work with several other big name dealers and was treated very poorly and they tried to scam me in many ways. Not Genesis, they treated me well start to finish. I felt so comfortable with what they were telling and showing me that I took a 7 hour train ride to their shop to buy the truck. I looked over the truck, we took a test drive, No BS, no pressure, no hidden things, just how buying a car used to be and should be.
My wife will be looking for a car in about 6 months and if they have what she wants we will be making another train trip.

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.

He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.
