“My old iPhone 12 mini could no longer charge. I was in crisis mode and needed a new phone immediately. In the past, I’d had some pretty negative experiences purchasing new phones. I reluctantly went down to the local AT&T store. I worked with Gabriel. He was friendly, intelligent, informative and quickly helped operationalize a plan to charge my broken phone, secure a reasonably priced replacement, put together the items I needed to cross over to the iPhone 17, have it conveniently shipped to my house, and even suggested a high quality case I could order via Amazon Prime. Thanks for your help, Gabriel!”
“My husband and I needed new iPhones (ours was the 8?). So we chose to visit the Rte 22 Union store. Ryan was so helpful and spent almost 3 hours with us. Even though it was time for his dinner time break, we were not rushed. We purchased 2 iPhone 14 Pro’s. His level of service was excellent and he was so patient as he explained everything. Then later when we got home, our watches would not pair with the phones and appeared to be frozen. I recvd a text from Mr Sanchez (I believe) from the store asking if all was well and if we enjoyed the experience. I wrote him with my watch issue and he assured me they can help if we came back. Which they did ! Saved us a trip to the Apple Store which I dread. Definitely recommend this location. ?
Today … 7/17/25. A year later …
I took my friend here. Sheldon was very helpful with my friend’s phone that was hacked. He also said that the store in short Hills Mall did not remove the previous SIM card so that was one of the reasons why she had a problem the day after going there.. and what she thought she did which was pay off a previous phone to get a new phone that was not incorrect as well. He helped her with that because he said that the person that was helping her never removed the other phone and she still paying for it so he was very informative. And we appreciate what Sheldon did today for us. Thank you so much.
