Quest has to be the most mismanaged organization I have had the displeasure of using in a very long time. At the Roosevelt/Jacksonville, FL location there is not enough staff to cover the patients waiting for service. How can Quest expect to have a waiting room full of people, some of them sick, and not receive horrible reviews. It's as if Quest enjoys making people uncomfortable and angry. There isn't a way to get an online appointment within a week, or so, due to the lack of staff. Again, corporate greed wins over the working people.

Horrible experience. They use monopoly power in my area to give completely useless customer service. I made an appointment..confirmed via email then when I showed up they closed early 20 min before my appointment time. I'm standing outside wondering why the door is locked. Called them ...getting a human is almost impossible. The sign on the door had their hours they were supposed to be open. They send me an text 30 min after my appointment time saying sorry we had to cancel your appointment. A little too late

Don't use Quest. Use LabCorp or another vendor. Ask around. It won't take long for you to find a horrific experience at Quest from someone you know. Quest should be investigated for how poorly they treat customers.

I'm a guest from California, and I couldn't find any place to file a complaint on your website. I had no choice but to leave a message on Google for your headquarters. If you don't welcome walk-ins, then you shouldn't offer a walk-in option. My wife checked in at 4 PM and waited until 5 PM, only to be told that there were no spots available today. How would you feel if you were in this situation? Even ordinary restaurants wouldn't treat their customers this way. Despite having an advanced reservation and management system, you can't disrespect people, especially patients.

Quest offers poor customer service to its professional customers as well. As a medical professional I am appalled by this lack of service. Calls are placed on hold for long periods, the operators are not knowledgeable, and when transfered the representative say I can't do anything to help. When you ask for a supervisor they don't even have the courtesy to return your call.Quest is a fortune 500 company with a monopoly on certain insurance carriers. They would be out of business otherwise. Given a choice I would not refer my clients to this lab. Beware you are setting you company up for the emerging market to replace you with a more customer focused laboratory.

This office was absolutely no help. I have received multiple calls from their office asking me to verify my insurance. I tried calling the call back number, and it goes to a concierge service in California. They concierge service does not answer the phone. I tried calling the number I was given, and I got to the corporate headquarters. I got to talk to a human, and instead of helping me, he transfers me to the concierge service. I even told him the concierge service did not answer. All in all, this company has very poor customer service.

SUCH A CHEAP COMPANY: they have no one at the front to enter the patient data, and make the poor technician do ALL paperwork/computer entry, once they finally have the patient on the chair!!! never enough techs, long lines, misleading telephone appointment scheduling... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. All their techs leave because of very low pay and extra work.

BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS LABORATORY. I paid my bill back in May and am still getting past due notices. I have called, faxed and emailed their awful customer service and this issue is still not resolved. I can not wait till I am sent to collections, there will be one hell of a fight.

I was totally amazed New guy working taking blood his name was **** very polite he was super busy but continued to let us know he would be with Us soon He stuck me once I didn't even feel it he really new what he was doing! **** good luck with your future!

$336 for a TB test. I imagine total cost for quest to run this test is about $15. What an absolute rip off. Hope their CEO enjoys their vacations as they continue to line their pockets from Americans daily.

Quest's online presence is absolute trash.Steps asking for locations are ignored in following prompts leading to booking appointments at different locations.The paperless sign up requires a password (DOB + zip) that it then denies. Then, if you try to review your account information to make sure they have your information stored correctly, the page is 'currently unavailable'.

Worst hours of operations! Can't get an appointment on line. Show up as a walk in people are sitting in their cars, people standing outside, and and the waiting room is packed! The patient walking to the back had been there since 6:40 am.... it's 8:30 am!!!! They had an appointment. Quest does NOT Value their clients or their employees!!! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK!!! I can't count on them to be there so I can get to work myself. They are BROKEN!!! Don't go! If you do you'll be there for hours!!

My wife and I have been to Quest Diagnostics in ***********, ******** many times and we always found the technicians to be very professional, courteous, and competent. Every time we have used Quest Diagnostics, our visit were very short with very little time waiting. I very strongly recommend Quest Diagnostics.
