“Purchased 4 tires about 1+ years ago and just recently hit a huge pothole and blew the tire with a hole in it. AAA put on a donut and said not to go over 45-50 miles an hour. Concerned as I ride the parkway all the time, I called Costco and spoke to Mike who was able to get me in right away and suggest a new tire of equal value as my tire was out of stock. I was also able to use the road hazard coverage!!! I was in and out in about an hour from start to finish with minimal out of pocket cost. So happy to be on my way again.
