He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. “I had my finger prints documented at this location. This was my first time using USPS for fingerprints. I believe it is a great service to be provided by the Federal Government. The cost was $50. I was helped by Nicole, she was great! I was lucky to have nobody behind me in line. The electronic pad that collects the print was temporarily frustrating because it had stopped sensing during my last 4 prints. Nicole was great at trouble shooting. Maybe a future solutions consultant?? As a tax paying citizen I am happy with my experience in Browns Mills. I will say if someone was behind me it would have been much more stressful, and I could have not been successful with my important prints.”
“We had our passport appointment here this morning and I can not believe how quick and easy the process was. We were early and the appointment before us didn't show, so we were in and out. The lady at the front who prepped our paperwork and took our money orders was short but helpful. Not rude, just not friendly. When Larry took us back to do our photos and process our applications, we actually had a blast. He was just so nice and helped put our anxious daughter at ease. I can not recommend Larry enough!!”
“I sent a package and the guy at the counter printed the sticker and didn't add the apartment number, he also covered the return address. I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! My son finally got his shoes I sent him for his birthday. This is what you call Great customer service! Even though the first guy fumbled Frankie really came through and I'm grateful ?”

I’ve shipped items here and always got an attitude. I had an issue with an order where it said the item was out for delivery before they received and scanned it. I’ve gone in twice to see if the order arrived, and then were rude. Today, they were really hostile. I tried explaining it to the employee, and he said it was deliveried. Then then he begins to tell me I dont know how mailing works and how its probably in bellmawr. When i tried to explain it to him again he interrupted and said “I’ve always had attitudes with them.” I’m partially deaf, and have some issues relating to a car accident so I’m unsure if we misunderstood one another or he thought i had sarcasm/attitude, however, the treatment was very rude. The gentleman took my phone from me and refused to give it to give back to me, “until i listened”. I didn’t and I reminded him its my property, had to say that 3 times before he gave it back and said ‘ get the hell outta my building.’ like he’s a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE stealing my phone to prove a point until I listen to them? I’ve never been treated like that, and I thought I was being nice to them over the past weeks try to have small talk. Clearly I was wrong. They must hate their job. They didn’t understand the issue on multiple occasions and when I try explaining politely by saying, “no you don’t understand,” I get interrupted and have to engage in something I didn’t want to be apart of. i get told to get the hell out. I’ll stop coming here and go to a different usps if they don’t want to help me.”
“This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.”
