He went above and beyond to help us set up a passport for our newborn, even taking the passport photos with such care. “I had a passport appointment for my 2 kids at the Middlesex Post Office. When I arrived, I was told that all appointments were cancelled, however I did not receive an email that my appointment was cancelled. I asked the man where else I could go to get this done and he told me to “Google it”. I was very unhappy with the whole experience and his attitude. I did in fact “Google it” and I found that the Dunellen Post Office takes walk-in’s for passports Tuesday-Thursday. It was Friday, but I thought I’d give it a try anyway. When we walked in we were told that there were no walk-in appointments on Fridays. I asked where I could go, and the 2 girls offered several suggestions. I then told them about my experience at the Middlesex Post Office and how I took off work, picked my daughter up early from school, and had my 20 year old son leave work to get these passports done. TYCHIC looked at us and said after hearing our story she would do it for us!!!! She saved the day and I could not appreciate her more. It was so nice of her to do it for us, and she was very helpful and professional. From now on, I will be going to the Dunellen Post Office because of my wonderful experience working with TYCHIC. Thank you again TYCHIC!!!!”

“In fact, this place is good, or rather, the woman worker just does her job well! This employee gave me the opportunity to verify addresses before sending my letters. I sent a lot of registered letters, but despite this, she gave me the opportunity on her screen, a display in her system, to check the exact addresses of sending my letters. I told her that the last letter was very important for the lawyer, and she immediately understood me, and also gave me the opportunity to check the exact address in the system. This is far from common and not all post offices give you such a real opportunity, without even asking the employee about it. I've had a lot of bad experiences where postal workers simply refuse this opportunity to give you the right to check the exact address on the screen in the system. Thanks a lot for your great job!”
“Was having a typical day, not bad, not great, and went to go mail a letter. As soon as I stepped into the tiny office I was greeted by a friendly worker named Renee, who definitely made my day just by being so animated and kind. Definitely takes the cake for best post office experience I've ever had elsewhere - usually everyone is so grumpy!”

“When you see a white SUV, expect great service from Gina. If you see a black SUV expect middling to poor service as the clerk who I cant remember is always on her phone and isnt polite. Thankfully Gina is there more often than not. They recently refaced the interior which looks nice.”
“Bound Brook Post Office on Mountain is very good -- longer hours on Saturday which is helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the service at this office is very good.”
“Have never had any problems with this post office.I really like the automated walk up machine which you can print stamps from. It also has a scale for you to weigh a package and print postage from. If you're tech savvy, it can be faster than waiting in line.They have 4 outside mail boxes you can drop off letters at (two of which are drive up which is great). If you have a smaller package which already has postage, there is a drop bin inside that you can quickly use and get out fast (there is a size limit, probably the size of a small toaster oven).They have the standard USPS packing materials, as well as greeting cards and even some gift cards. Pretty handy if you're in a pinch.”

This one is tiny and crabby -the entire atmosphere is Crabby & neighbors have said the same. Unpleasant, too bad!”
“Got myself and my daughters' passports done at this location last Friday. The associate who helped us did a fantastic job getting the applications organized, passport photos taken, and payment done all while helping walk-in customers with their parcels. I really appreciated her efficiency.”

“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”
