TINA Glided me through the Whole Storage Rental Process & Security Questions I asked. “Five stars for the 3 Ps1)Punctual - Arrived at 2:33pm & the office door was locked. The sign said they would reopen at 2:40 pm, but we went to sit in the car as it was a windy, chilly day. A few minutes later a car drove up & at 2:40 pm we were in the building.2)Professional - After introducing himself, Derek confirmed that the size unit we had chosen would work well, answered several other questions & began writing us up.3)Personable - I had read some reviews before choosing Metro & had to smile as they were so good & all mentioned Derek. “Ok, haven’t rented a storage unit in years, this experience was fantastic! Solis took the extra effort with me to find the right space. She was very patient with me and was a great listener. She heard my concerns and worked diligently for me. Without a doubt, a 5 star experience. Side note, the other lady in this office (I didn’t catch her name) had a great sense of humor which is nice nowadays. No hesitation, rent here.”

“The facility is very clean, secure lock-up with video and driver friendly. Plenty of different sized storage units are available to make a choice for your needs. Also has plenty of space if towing a trailer. No need for backing up as one just drives the loop to get out. Checking in was very easy and I was helped by a very nice gentleman (sorry forgot his name) that drove me to the unit and helped with the locking device provided.”

“The facility is new, clean, and easily accessible. The staff were helpful, efficient, thorough, and accommodating. My movers left behind a hand truck. The staff noticed, called me, and put the hand truck in their office for safe keeping until the movers could return to pick it up. I accidentally broke some glass and had nothing to clean it up with. The staff on duty was nice about it (so sorry¡) and handled it for me.”
“I was very nervous about my out of state moving since I have read many terrible reviews on local moving companies (not Central Moving). The coordinator Angela was responsive and always there for our questions and concerns. They managed to deliver within a committed timeframe. The driver Brian and a crew were so fast and efficient that unloading was done very quickly. There was no damage on both houses, furniture and our belongings which was amazing especially after reading the bad stories with other companies. I will recommend the company to my friends.”
