“They are stocking the wrong sizes/not enough of the popular sizes it seems. In men's they don't stock over a 40 in pants in store anymore and in womens A LOT of things were out of L or XL but was abundant in XS and S. Still good quality things for the price tho!”
“They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”

“I was shopping at the Old Navy in Philadelphia Mills late last week , the mall is dying but the store was great! Now and days it’s hard to even get a “Hello” when you walk in , but Old Navy was just the experience I was looking for! I had help shopping for my sisters wedding by two employees , Deanna and Ola. “Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful.They know all of the uniform requirements for your school .Also,if you forget your child's size from last time,they have a record of all items and sizes that your child has previously gotten at their store. No worries if you just stop by without your student to pick things up.They have your sizes covered and they also have all the pieces to the uniform in stock and ready to go! Shopping for school here is easy and pleasant.”

“I always enjoy shopping here with/for my little one. The layout is so nice (easy to navigate with a stroller), and the store smells wonderful (something I’ve always noticed when I first walk in). This was the first shop that came to when I found out that I was pregnant a little over a year ago, and they continue to have a good selection of newborn outfits. There is also a nice selection of baby and toddler clothing from Colored Organics.”

“I thought the store was bright and welcoming, however very inconvenient when coupon information was not in the system that was earned. I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”

“New remodel really made this store great again, I hope it stays stocked and beautiful! Expensive but clearance had good deals, just not a lot of size range. Not many promotions and rewards program is below average. But good quality product makes up for it. Very few fitting rooms, so I purchased without trying on. Young blonde gentleman that was greeting that day was really great and friendly checked in on me 3 times during my visit and assisted what I was looking for. Thank you!”
“I just had my baby a few months ago and wanted to give Carter’s a try. I walked in during a great sale and been to this location twice. All due to Morgan, an employee who really goes above and beyond. She is always so kind and helpful, everytime I have visited this location. I was having trouble with the app and she guided me in the right direction to get it resolved. As well as, really listening to what I needed to get for my baby!
