First time dealing with the younger management waited long time for lottery purchase I believe I aggravated him for the little I spent but no matter 1 $ to 500$ customer service should be top every customer should be greeted with a smile whether or not their having a bad day or they just dont like to smile if thats so thats your right but you shouldn't be in customer service job”
