“I would definitely recommend Franks’s and will continue to bring my cars. Tom and team are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicate clearly. They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!
Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”
“Lowest quote for with without an insurance claim, excellent work. They had the parts in very quickly, and finished the body work in one day when they had estimated three. There was a small wiring issue from reassembly when I got the car back, Abel fixed it personally and got it back to me the next day at no additional charge. A friendly neighborhood business!”

They guided me through the insurance process and regardless of who was in communication with me, they were always on the same page. I did not have rental coverage on my insurance and they helped me find better rates then if I was to explore on my own. Most importantly the car looked better then new once they were done with it. “I don’t usually post reviews, but the service that I had received from Chris and Gary at Chris Lordi’s Auto Body was exceptional and deserves to be recognized. I had been hit on the front driver’s side fender/bumper area of my Lexus RX350, and the accident was declared to be a no fault accident, meaning that my insurance company would be covering my claim. From the minute I dropped my car off to be repaired, I felt reassured that my car was going to be taken care of. The insurance company was trying to cover the absolute minimum ($1,900), but Chris handled everything for me. My car needed $8,000 of work, and he made sure to get me the full coverage; he took care of talking to New Jersey Manufacturers insurance. Gary handled all of the actual work that was done to the car and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. No one could tell there had been any damage. Additionally, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car so that it really looked extra good- you would have thought that I just bought it off the sale lot. I’m so impressed with their service. Everything was done in a timely fashion. They would call and check in with me to let me know what was going on. I never had to worry about anything. I am so grateful for all of their help. Hopefully I won’t need to go back to them again, however, if I need any work done on my car in the future, I will definitely be going to Chris Lordi’s Autobody- truly the best service out there!”
