“Quick shoutout to Ryan and his team at the Marlton Firestone location! They are the best in New Jersey. I recommend avoiding the Burlington Firestone location, as they claimed to have completed the work but didn't and made me wait 2 hours for them to do nothing. I highly recommend this location in Marlton though as I was in and out quick with the work actually done on my car!
The Marlton team fixed my alignment and balanced my tires properly, which supposedly the Burlington location claimed to do the day before but didn’t as my alignment was way out of spec. The Marlton team fixed it and my car drives perfectly again! They are great and super friendly! If you want your car fixed and done right the first time definitely go to this location. Make sure to call or make an appointment online to reduce your waiting time.

Michael was simply phenomenal, his Customer Service Skills were GRADE AAA+, he was so kind, so attentive, and definitely went Above and Beyond!!! He Definitely Deserves a Raise and Promotion for his AMAZING ability to make a concerned customer feel calm and at ease! Talk about a stand up Gentleman! Karen his manager should definitely be the General Manager of that AAA LOCATION! She was so informative and worked hand in hand with Michael to make sure addressed my concerns and needs!
