Cell Phone Stores in Marlton, NJ

“Brandon was an amazing rep. I came in to seek help and promptly fixed the problem. He is incredibly skilled in his job! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Ke’Shon, the manager at the AT&T store at The Promenade at Sagemore in Marlton, NJ.

After struggling with cellular connectivity issues on my Apple Watch, I visited multiple AT&T stores, but no one was able to properly connect the watch to my phone or resolve the problem. I was becoming frustrated and wasn’t sure what else to do.

Then I stopped into the Promenade at Sagemore location and met Ke’Shon. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping. He listened to the issue, quickly identified the problem, fixed it almost immediately, and even took the time to help me finish setting up the watch so everything was working perfectly before I left.

What impressed me most wasn’t just his technical knowledge—it was his professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. He made what had been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personable and positive attitude.

This was, without question, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a cell phone carrier. Ke’Shon went above and beyond, and it made a lasting impression. AT&T is fortunate to have a manager like him representing the company.

Thank you, Ke’Shon, for taking the time to help and for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. It was truly appreciated, and I hope your exceptional service receives the recognition it deserves.”

“Absolutely organized & super clean.
One of the targets with the most exclusive items I have seen in the Tri-state area.

The workers are very friendly and efficient. I loved their organization system.
The card section reminded me of Hallmark. Everything in the store seemed impeccable. I wish they were all like that! I loved shopping here.

Amazingly clean and well organized.
Love ❤️ shopping at this target. Their stationery section is well worth a look. ?
Every island is impeccable. I wish all Targets were awesome like this one.
They even carry a nice selection of flowers.
One stop shop!”

“I had the pleasure of being helped by Albert T yesterday in switching providers and he was able to make sure I kept my original number. He was so knowledgeable, patient and funny. I would highly recommend anyone to see him with any phone issues. He really made my friend and I feel so welcomed and made the process super easy.”

“Matt and Illia were absolutely amazing. My daughter came in with a broken dead phone. They took the time to make sure she was able to backup her old phone (above my pay grade) and she left with a new fully backed up new phone. Crisis averted!!! Thank you”
