On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.

As a woman, it’s hard not to get ripped off when looking for car services. I’ve had several TERRIBLE Towing experiences this year, I just used Vantage Towing this morning and I am SO HAPPY with the service! The Operators were courteous on the phone AND in Person. I had a complicated tow due to suspension damage but Brett (the truck operator) took extra time and care to make sure my car was secured properly and in a way that would prevent any damage! It’s refreshing to hire a service that will be willing to make SURE the Job is done well and done the RIGHT WAY!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jon goes above and beyond for his customers. From the moment I called (my first time), Jon was not only very helpful, but also very informative. I needed to tow my car to the car dealership and he made sure to look out for my best interest. Despite having his own towing service, I realized I was able to actually tow my car for free because of the warranty I have on my car. Although I did use Jon’s towing service, he made sure that I made the smartest and most cost effective decision. He even followed up with me and made sure that my car was safely delivered to the dealership. I hope I never need to use a tow service, but if I ever do, I am going to all about towing. I would recommend their services to anyone. Very reliable, informative, and prompt. 5+ stars!”

They keep you in the loop of anything that requires attention outside of the initial estimate and will never do any unauthorized repairs. “Michael did an amazing job on my 2010 Subaru when I was hit in the rear. He was beyond professional in handling my claim, very detailed about the work to be done and the turn around time was exactly on point!!! He answered all my questions My car was is in excellent condition when I was hit in the rear and when he finished it looked beautiful! The blending of the paint and the fitting of the rear bumper, trunk, the rear glass, all Subaru insignias, replacing the rear inside trunk casing for my extra tire/rim were impeccable. Michael is also beyond knowledgeable about car repair having been in the business a long time! Happy to see his son continuing the high quality auto shop and i have to assume his staff is equally caring about the work they do. I was also referred to him by former customers who are friends and neighbors here in Maple Shade. If you need any body work done, and not just accident repair, l beyond highly recommend Michael's!
