1208 NJ-34, MatawanI felt the need to leave a review because in all the years I’ve had working as a vet assistant or in the animal industry alone I have not witnessed such compassion and genuine care. To make a long story short my dog Mirena unfortunately had to be put to sleep and her own vet wouldn’t take her on a short notice even tho she was suffering. I’m terrible with names, but the woman in the photos wearing the purple scrubs made sure that my baby was seen so she wouldn’t suffer, unlike the other places I had called around to. I will be switching over to you guys as my permanent vet for my other babies as well. I just wanted to thank you again for the care and kindness your facility has shown me and my Mirena in her last moments.

I contacted Fattys on a Tuesday, and set up a two day food truck catering for one day at both of my locations. Brandon was amazing to work with, we had constant contact back and forth working out details and fine tuning the menu and days/hours. Everything was beyond reasonable as far as the logistic details went, and that wasnt even close to the best part...
THE FOOD! Holy smokes the food was great! I knew from reading other reviews it was going to be legit, but once the food hit my taste buds I was blown away. The burgers were phenomenal and the fries and mozzarella sticks were second to non! They are fast too, with over 80 guys coming out throughout the day on break and lunch, they only waited a couple of minutes to get their food and go. Everyone was raving about it!
They are a must have at your next gathering, they do it all, small back yard parties to company events, they even traveled a bit extra for me which was amazing.
I choose fatties because of the variety of options they offered! Burgers, chicken, shrimp, s9mething for everyone really. Cant wait to use them again because I can dtop thinking about the double bacon and cheese burger I had! ?

Lobster with Angel Hair in Pink sauce and the Osso Buco are mouth watering and delicious. Pistachio cake and Tiramisu are absolute fire. There is so much more on the menu that blows us away every time. Great people - family owned and operated. Chef Rocco is among the best chefs in the Tri-State and beyond. You have to go to Pauline's. If you don't, you are missing out on the very best!!!

The staff are super polite and friendly, the restaurant has a fun old fashioned diner feel and is decorated with a life-sized Marilyn Monroe and Elvis, and there are a couple arcade games as well. I got the Swiss mushroom burger and waffle fries and they were delicious! Once you order just have a seat and they'll bring it to your table. The burger was nice and hot and delicious! The mushrooms are fresh...not canned, and they waffle fries are well seasoned and crispy. Overall super solid, if you're in the area you should definitely pop in.

1016 NJ-34, MatawanTDLR: Begars can't be choosers. I think this is the only chinese restaurant in the area, so good enough is...... good enough. Chicken and Corn soup: Warm, and it hits the middle point of clean and hearty. I was scared that it was gonna be tasteless, but I got enough chicken and corn to not feel that way. Pork Chop: This is another Chinese restaurant staple. 85% of the chinese porkchops that you eat will taste the same. This one is no different. Tofu with Salted Fish: It was fine. The tofu did a good job defusing the saltiness of the fish, and the dish was generally well balanced. Objectively, this is probably one of their better dishes. I just feel that it didn't have the pop that I was looking for. Hot prawn salad with broccoli: The broccoli was just boiled. Nothing to talk about. The pawn was fried and bathed in mayonnaise. What's not to like? Yang Chow Fried Rice: A Chinese restaurant staple. 90% of the Yang Chow Fried Rice that you will eat will taste the same. This one stayed with the majority. Service; It was fine. The place wasn't busy, so getting what we needed wasn't hard. Ambiance: This place was built to support multiple small to medium families, and maybe one to two tables that can support 8-10 people. It's in a quiet area, so the crowd wasn't too crazy.
